These terms apply to the Pamoja Health Technologies website and our mobile applications, including My Diabetes Companion, My Breast Cancer Companion, and Pamoja Care.
Health and safety notice
Our products support organization, communication, and personal recordkeeping. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information recorded or displayed in a Pamoja product. Call 911 or your local emergency number in an emergency.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person or use our services unlawfully.
Care-team sharing
Only invite people you trust. Information shared with a care team may be visible to its members. You are responsible for choosing recipients carefully and for information you add or share.
Subscriptions and purchases
App subscriptions and purchases made through Apple are billed and managed through your Apple Account. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing rules are governed by the terms presented in the App Store and Apple’s applicable terms. Features and prices may change as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, misuse another person’s information, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use a Pamoja product in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
Pamoja names, logos, designs, software, and original content are owned by Pamoja Health Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pamoja Health Technologies is not responsible for medical decisions, emergency response, caregiver conduct, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
